"Jay Chen of TNT and myself representing the US-based IDM Corporation have worked together very closely and daily for 16 years and he was involved with IDM a few years before my joining the company. Our Association has been very personal with us visiting him and his family in their home as well as Jay and his family visiting us in Florida.
Jay is forever a gentleman and can't do enough to help you be it for business or personal efforts. We at IDM are very demanding because of the nature of the business. Quality and timeline pressures continue to arise regardless of how much planning is made, there never seems to be enough. I know Jay and his staff would love to scream at us from time to time but they always maintain their composure and get the job done with a smile on their face. Not an easy task.
